*1. Delivery Areas*
We deliver all over Pakistan. Including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and villages where TCS / Leopards / M&P courier service is available.

*2. Delivery Time*
- Karachi: 1-2 working days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan: 2-3 working days
- Other Cities & Villages: 3-5 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday is off.

*3. Shipping Charges*
- Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 3000
- Flat Rs. 199 Delivery Charges for orders below Rs. 3000
- For Karachi, same-day delivery available for Rs. 299 (Order before 12 PM)

*4. Cash on Delivery (COD)*
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You can pay when you receive your parcel.

*5. Order Tracking*
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / SMS. You can track your order anytime.

*6. Order Confirmation*
After you place an order, our team will call you / WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your order. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled after 2 attempts.

*7. Address Issue*
Please enter your complete address with nearest landmark and active phone number. [ZEVORA] is not responsible for delay due to wrong address or phone off.
